Pingo (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a group scheduling and availability coordination app. This page explains what information Pingo collects, how it’s used, and how you can delete it.
Pingo does not require you to sign up, log in, or provide an email address. Each time you install and open Pingo, the app creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You join and create scheduling rooms using a PIN code.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, or any data unrelated to using Pingo’s scheduling features. Pingo does not use analytics SDKs or advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Pingo’s widget shows your upcoming confirmed events directly on your home screen. This data is stored only in a local, on-device App Group container shared between the Pingo app and its widget — it is not transmitted anywhere beyond the normal app sync described above.
Pingo’s data is stored using Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database provider. Data is transmitted securely (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and our database.
Scheduling rooms automatically expire and are deleted a set period after creation or after a time is confirmed. When a room is deleted, all related availability and membership data for that room is deleted along with it.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app:
Settings → Delete My Data
This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your display name and time zone, your membership in any rooms, and all availability you’ve submitted. This action cannot be undone.
Pingo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the effective date above.
